The 2010 CySolutions User Group Meeting was a Great Success!
Thanks to all of you who participated in the 2010 Spring User Group Meeting! Our largest ever – over 100 attendees!
Over 90% of attendees completed conference surveys. We learned:
- Customers enjoyed the conference, facilities, content, networking, and the camaraderie.
- CySolutions staff was attentive and extremely knowledgeable.
- The program provided valuable information.
- Private sessions scheduled with customers provided valuable one-on-one attention to individual organizational issues and goals.
We had the opportunity to show our customers what we are doing for them on many fronts. In addition to the "bread and butter" subjects related to claims, collections, and daily processing, the highlights of the meeting included:

- Our guest speaker, Matt Grob of RSM McGladrey, who gave us all an education on the new "Meaningful Use Requirements" for PM and EHR systems

...The UDS Reports provided by Cy Solutions allowed us to report our facility’s data in the shortest amount of time ever. This allowed us more time to verify the accuracy of what we were reporting as opposed to spending days just compiling the data. Cy Solutions staff was very helpful and responsive in answering questions as they came up. With the help of the Centricity UDS reports provided by Cy Solutions we saved many hours and headaches in producing our completed reports...
